By using ElvisWanted, you agree to the stipulations laid out in these Terms & Conditions as well as in the Privacy Information and other posted rules. All terms, conditions, rules and policies should be read and fully understood before entering the Web site. ElvisWanted may alter these policies at any time and reserves the right to ban, suspend or disqualify any member who violates any rule or policy. If you do not agree to these or any future Terms & Conditions, please refrain from visiting the site. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the latest Terms & Conditions.

Conditions of Use

ElvisWanted.com is a site that was created to distribute content from a documentary film entitled “The Truth About Elvis.” Users of this site are permitted to post comments and discuss this content. The use of any such content is for your sole personal use ONLY and shall not be reproduced, sold, redistributed, retransmitted or sublicensed.

Users must be 18 years of age and not previously banished or blocked from the Web site by employees, administrators or owners of ElvisWanted. Users must not misrepresent themselves in any fashion that constitutes fraud or meaningful deception. Users may not mislead other users for personal benefit or otherwise. ElvisWanted reserves the right to refuse services and/or products to anyone. ElvisWanted is not responsible for user-generated content or messages throughout the Web site.

Users may not use crude, obscene, offensive or inappropriate language. Disparaging remarks about ElvisWanted, Elvis Presley, interview subjects, documents, photos or other members will not be tolerated. At any time, content found throughout ElvisWanted.com (Web copy, videos, documents, photos, forums, comments, etc.) can be modified or deleted at the sole discretion of ElvisWanted. ElvisWanted has the right to screen and/or delete any and all content.

Indemnification

ElvisWanted, our partners, employees, affiliates, assigns and lawyers will be held harmless from any liability in association with 1) your violation of these Terms & Conditions or the Privacy Information, 2) your use of the Web site, 3) violation of copyright, property or privacy laws.

Any passwords obtained from Web site usage are not transferable and must be kept private.

Charges & Fees

Users shall pay for subscriptions, ElvisWanted services and products with accurate credit card information. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated and all charges, including taxes, must be honored by any given credit card company.

ElvisWanted charges membership fees of $2.95 per month or $29.95 per year. Members will receive periodic newsletters and access to ElvisWanted videos, documents and photos as they are made available.

Memberships will be automatically renewed from period to period until cancelled by the user. Users may downgrade at any time. User's failure to downgrade his/her membership authorizes ElvisWanted to resume billing through user's preferred payment method.

Payment cycles commence the date a user's payment card is charged and end on the same date of the following month (e.g., July 10, 2009 - August 10, 2009). If the commencement date is not found on the following month, the user will be billed on the last day of the month.

ElvisWanted may adjust membership benefits at any time and may adjust membership fees upon 30 days notice. ElvisWanted will not refund membership fees for past transactions. In order to validate billing addresses and payment card authenticity, users empower ElvisWanted to exercise a pending charge for monthly memberships. ElvisWanted will not be held responsible for overdraft, finance and any other fees charged to users' payment card bank or institution.

Users will be notified if their payment card is declined at any time during membership. Users will have 7 days to resolve the situation, or their membership may be cancelled immediately following this grace period. When rectified, users' original payment cycle will commence there forth.

Users may cancel their memberships or newsletter at any time. Annual memberships are paid in advance, and no partial reimbursements will be made.
